Internet Explorer Download Instructions:

When you click on the download link a window will appear that will ask you if you want to run the file or save it to your computer. Select “Run”. (note: If your computer doesn't give you "run" as an option select "open" instead.)

Your computer will download the file and then ask you if you would like to run the file. Select “Run” again. (note: like before, if your computer doesn't give you "run" as an option select "open" instead.)

Next you should see our licensing agreement. Select “Accept”

After accepting the terms of the licensing agreement it will ask you where you would like to install the embroidery files. The default location should be your computer's desktop, but if for some reason it isn't, you can click on "Browse" to change the "Destination folder" to your computer's desktop. Click install to save the embroidery files on your desktop.

There should now be a file folder that looks like this on your desktop:

This folder will contain your embroidery design files as well as accompanying color charts for each of the designs. Future designs that you download from Embroidables.com will also be saved to this file folder.

If for some reason you are not able to locate the “Embroidables” file folder on your desktop try looking at this location "C:\Embroidables". (In the bottom left corner of your screen click on "start" then "My Computer" then on the C: drive in the window that appears.)
